The 10th Olivtech Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technologies Fair, which will be organized by İZFAŞ, the powerful organization of the Turkish exhibition industry, and Ecology İzmir, the only specialized exhibition of the organic sector in Türkiye, will be held in fuarizmir on May 26 - 29, 2022. Olivtech Fair, which will be organized by İZFAŞ and hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, will be held simultaneously with the support of the National Olive and Olive Oil Council (UZZK), Ecology İzmir Fair, with the support of the Ecological Agriculture Organization Association (ETO). Terra Madre Gastronomy Fair, which is held in Italy every two years under the leadership of the world's largest food movement Slow Food, will be held at Kültürpark on September 2-11 as Terra Madre Anatolia İzmir 2022. The fair, which will be held for the first time in Türkiye simultaneously with the 91st İzmir International Fair, will increase the brand value of the country and İzmir by bringing small manufacturers together with the world.

At the fair, where all examples of Anatolian cuisine and agricultural products will meet, the producers, who have had difficulty in marketing what they have produced so far, will introduce their local products to the whole world without intermediaries.
